The price to rent an audio guide is increasing from £2 to £3 - the tour can be downloaded for free from Apple App or Google Play Stores and then played on your own device.

Seems a bit of a hike but perhaps they are using the income for purposes other than a cash cow. They've got another seven years to show that they are better, or not worse than, than any other service provider. I guess they have a few years left before other providers start to take an interest.
